Matalon (right), with a cheque valued at $1 million at the Carib Cement Sports Club in Rockfort, Kingston on September 22. Others participating in the presentation from left are: Carib Cement Social Impact Specialist, Jerome Cowans and Executive Director of the MultiCare Youth Foundation, Alicia Glasgow Gentles. The funds are to assist the Foundation with the second phase of a skills training programme that targets teachers in Early Childhood education in inner city communities. Funding will also be used for COVID-19 relief efforts.
