14 breathalysers donated to the Road Safety Unit
Caribbean Cement Company Ltd followed through on its commitment to increase the number of breathalysers donated to the Road Safety Unit to 14. This follows the company’s donation in January of five breathalysers to this Unit, which is part of the Ministry of Transport and Works. The breathalyser is used as part of the Unit’s prevention activities, which include testing at entertainment events/venues where alcohol is consumed. This donation comes as Jamaica observes National Road Safety Month and is part of Carib Cement’s emphasis on the protection of vulnerable road users.
